Reunions are all about meeting relations and exchanging personal information so, where authorised by you on the registration form, we expect to provide lists of names and addresses, phone numbers and e-mail addresses for distribution to other reunion participants, and as part of a book and/or CD-ROM commemorating the reunion.

How long will we keep your personal information?

We will keep your personal information for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which we collected it. We intend to use information you provided at registration if the organisers decide to produce a CD-ROM, paper book or similar record of the reunion or about the descendants of the Hon. J.D. Ormond.
